They are especially helpful if you suffer from metatarsalgia, a painful condition which can be caused by running, jumping, high-impact sports, wearing poor-fitting shoes and more. The meta pads are adhesive-backed and pre-cut for convenience, making them easy to use. 100 pre-cut adhesive felt #105 meta-sesamoid pads for the right foot are included.
Directions for Use
Apply to clean and dry foot. Remove adhesive backing from the pad and apply over affected area on the ball of the foot, adhesive side down.
