Why the camera can’t connecting to wifi?
PTZ camera not support 5Ghz WIFI, if your camera is 2.4G, please reset the camera, connect the camera to your router via network cable.
then switch to wireless connection. You can refer the user manual.
PTZ control can’t move up and down or left and right.
Please unplug the power adapter and wait for 5 minutes, plug in again.
How to make the camera work with Alexa or Blue Iris?
We have upload a video to product picture, you can refer the video to make it work with Alexa, but it can’t works with Blue Iris.
