- SOUP INSTRUCTIONS: Measure 3 Cups Water into saucepan and stir in chicken Tortilla Soup Mix. Add in 1 (14.5 oz.) can of undrained Diced Tomatoes and bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in 1 cup cooked, diced Chicken and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Serves 5.
