How to Measure
Measuring first thing in the morning. Measuring later in the day could give you unreliable measurements resulting in ill fitting compression hosiery.
Circumference
A Measure ankle just above the ankle bone.
B Measure calf at the largest point.
C Measure widest part of the thigh.
Measuring Tips
- Measure first thing in the morning when swelling is minimal.
- Make sure the measuring tape is firmly across your skin without causing a depression.
- Keep measuring tape level on the widest part of your limb.
