Olive Nation vanilla extract is a concentrated form of premium Bourbon Madagascar vanilla extract. It is naturally gluten-free and certified Kosher. Contains none of the 8 major food allergens. The FDA sets the standard for the amount of vanilla beans used in vanilla extracts to be labeled pure. According to FDA regulations, pure vanilla extract must have a ratio of 13.35 ounces of vanilla beans to 1 gallon of liquid, consisting of 35% alcohol to 65% water. Two fold vanilla extract is twice as strong, with 26.7 ounces of vanilla beans. Our 5-fold vanilla extract contains 67.5 ounces of vanilla beans per 1 gallon of liquid, giving it a strong vanilla flavor and aroma. Our 5-fold vanilla extract will add the distinctive and intense flavor and aroma of vanilla to custards, crme brule and homemade vanilla ice cream. Use it to make Crme Anglaise or a rich vanilla cream sauce to serve over fresh berries. Combine it with honey and low fat greek yogurt to make a delicious and healthy snack.
