Akona Concrete & Mortar Color gives you a simple way to color your concrete, masonry, or grout project. Just add one canister to a bag of concrete, mortar, or grout mix to give your project a more decorative look.
What makes us different?
Our color is made of synthetic iron oxide. Synthetic iron oxide is more pure than natural iron oxide. Therefore, our color is less likely to be contaminated than the competitors offering standard iron oxide. This leads to cleaner, and more consistent color!

How much does one container of color cover?
One tub will color one 50-80 lb. (22.7-36.3 kg.) bag of concrete, mortar, or grout.
Will color vary based on how much powder I add?
Variations in color may occur due to the cement color, sand, and coarse aggregate used, amount and mineral content of the water being used, and from the amount of troweling and curing. These conditions are not controlled by the manufacturer.
Can I mix with any bag of concrete, mortar or grout?
Yes. Follow the concrete, mortar or grout manufacturer’s mixing instructions.
