The patented design on the fantastic wedge-profile handles, created by Marcus Notley, allows four fingers to pass through, making both a stable grip and comfort.
Why La Cuisine’s new PRO Range?
The internal matte black enamel coating of the Pro Range is fundamentally superior to traditional glossy cream enamel. It has a different composition and is much, much less likely to chip. In simple terms, a Matte Black enamel coating interior can withstand the rigors of commercial use while a glossy cream enamel coating cannot! As regards function, Matte Black does everything that glossy enamel does + more !
Advantage matte black enamel coating over cream white glossy enamel interior:
- – Inherently tougher than glossy enamel, much more industrial
- – Much more scratch-resistant
- – Staining much less apparent
- – Much less likely to chip
- – Can withstand metal utensils
– It is better for high-temperature searing. Interior glossy cream white enamel coating is not suited to this at all.
