- HOW TO USE. Extremely versatile in cooking, Cannellini beans are the traditional ingredient for soups, vegetables and grains soups, and for classic pasta with beans. They are ideal for fresh salads and for tasty veloute, as well as an excellent side dish for meat and fish.
- HOW TO COOK. Soak in water for 5/6 hours. Rinse and cook for 1 hour and half or more, depending on the desired consistency. Salt at the end of cooking.
- HOW TO STORE. Store in a cool dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
