Please allow 7-10 days to fulfill your order. NOTE: We offer STERILE and PASTEURIZE items. We put our items through various stages and wait a week or two before sending them out to ensure their quality. The warranty will be void after you have used the products. Contamination can be caused by a number of things (i.e contaminated syringe, not sterile environment, and some are HUMAN errors).
