- Pizza Pack contains 2 kilogram size bags, and 2 15 oz cans of Bianco’s New York Style Pizza Sauce.
- This pizza pack is enough to make about 6 to 12 pizzas depending on how big you go. (About 12 8 inch diameter pizzas with perhaps a little flour to spare)
- Most people who would be buying this already know how exclusive and hard to get these two are. Bianco DiNapoli NY Style pizza sauce is almost never available in stores, and is usually online special order only. Molino Dallagiovanna is a 190 year old Italian flour, but is barely available in the US, and is imported by TDP Specialties in Las Vegas.
- La Napoletana flour is incredible, with a very strong protein and high tempature resistance. Its non bromeated, and so we keep it cool and polyseal each pack to enhance freshness and keep all moisture off of the bags.
- DiNapoli is a very famous tomato company which grows the freshest and best tasting all organic tomatoes. This collaboration product between DiNapoli and Chris Bianco has produced an unreal sauce, which only has 5 ingredients
- Add some fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese (not included obviously) and you have the makings of a perfect margherita pizza.
- We carefully box and bubble wrap each pack, as well as polyolein plastic sealing each item to keep them dry, apart, and from smashing each other in the pack.
