Lumpy or gooey cream is NOT a defective/expired item. Place bottle in boiling water for 15 mins to restore creamy consistency.
Product Description
Lumpy cream is NOT defective item. It’ll be solidified at temperatures below 77°F (25℃). To restore it to its creamy consistency, simply place the bottle in 212°F (100℃) boiling water for 15-20 minutes before use.
Why doesn’t this product work as well as it says it does?
Please note the following correct steps:
1)Put a HOT TOWEL on your nose for 5-10 minutes for opening the pores.
2)During application, simply apply a THIN LAYER to the nose
3)Put the paper on and wait 10-15 minutes to DRY and slowly peel it off.
For the product to be effective, we had to use a natural formula with a gluey scent to remove the blackheads. So we used aloe vera to weaken the smell. If you don’t like the smell, please msg us promptly, we will give you a good experience!
