Why Organic Arugula Sprouting Seeds is Beneficial For You
- Organic Arugula Sprouting Seeds by Food to Live are a versatile product you will love. Edible arugula seeds are a spice of the mustard family, thus you can either use it as a condiment or sprout them to grow delicious peppery microgreens that will give your salads and green smoothies a boost in nutritional value. The taste of arugula is a mix of spicy, earthy, and grassy tones with nutty and bitter undertones, which depend on the maturity of the plant.
- Organic Arugula Seedsfrom Food to Live contain lots of essential minerals and vitamins. Particularly, these seeds are rich in antioxidants, vitamin A, K and Folate. This product is 100% Raw, Non-GMO, and has no additives. It is suitable for many diet plans, including vegan and vegetarian.
- You can use Arugula Seeds as a spice, sprout them, or plant them to grown microgreens. Sprouting these seeds in a jar can be quite challenging, and is not for beginners. If you’re sprouting arugula in a jar, its best to mix them in with other seeds like alfalfa, however do not soak Arugula, as the seeds become extra mucilaginous. Add-in arugula seeds after the other seeds have been soaked. Nevertheless, growing microgreens in soil is simple and quick. We love and this method most (see instructions below).
- Crunchy and peppery Organic Arugula Microgreens will be a great addition to salads, spring rolls, and sandwiches. You can sprinkle them on soups and stews, but don’t cook them to avoid losing precious antioxidants. Add a bunch your green smoothie to both enrich its flavor and make it even more nutritious.
- Don’t hesitate to shop Organic Arugula Sprouting Seeds in bulk, as it is a budget-friendly option. Once you start, you will not be able to stop growing microgreens; they have an excellent germination rate, and watching their growing progress is super-fun.
