Anti-Inflammatory Orange Creamsicle SmoothieIngredients: 1 can Native Forest Organic Mandarin Oranges, frozen in an ice cube tray, 2 ice cubes, 1 small carrot, thinly sliced 1 small banana, or 1/2 a large banana 1/2 inch piece of ginger 1 can Native Forest Organic Classic Coconut Milk 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder a tiny pinch of black pepper (to activate the turmeric) 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions: Freeze mandarins & the mandarin juice in an ice cube tray until frozen solid.
