- First Break / crack the kalachikai seeds for nuts inside.
- Grind with mixer 1 kalachikai seed nut and 5 black pepper.
- Pour the honey bee / jaggery in powder – if required.
- Make small balls to be consumed daily morning or night.
- It can be consumed in raw form as well.
