- Low Temperature and Slow Drying: We dry our pasta slowly at low temperature to preserve both the original color and flavor of our durum semolina as well as retain all the nutritional value.
- Cold Spring Natural Water: We knead our semolina with cool spring water from the National Park of Majella at a temperature of less than 59° F to ensure our pasta maintains its firmness after cooking.
- INGREDIENTS: 100% Durum wheat semolina, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, ferrous lactate. Contains WHEAT. May contain EGGS and SOY. This product is Kosher, non-GMO and contains no trans fat, no saturated fat, no sugar added, free from unneccesary ingredients
- COOKING TIPS: use 3 quarts of water per 8.8 OZ of pasta. Bring water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. Stir from time to time. Cook for 2 minutes. Drain and season with your favorite pasta sauce and top with grated cheese.
