- AGE TO TASTE! – If properly maintained, American White Oak barrels can be used for many years. Simply follow the cleaning and care instructions included with the kit. After your spirits have aged, pour them into a glass bottle to stop the aging process. Your spirits can last for years in glass but we suggest enjoying them sooner than that. As these barrels are handmade and the thickness of each stave varies, the actual liquid content of the spirits may vary as well.
