Our All-Natural Beef comes from cattle that have NEVER EVER been treated with Antibiotics or Growth Hormones. We take it further by feeding the highest quality vegetarian diet and making sure our critters have plenty of room to roam and stay healthy naturally. We go to great lengths to make sure our cattle only have one bad day.
Prestige Beef comes from our conventional cattle, as opposed to All-Natural cattle. Cattle that we use to produce Prestige beef products may have been administered an antibiotic or growth hormone at some point during their life, which is the way virtually all beef on the market is currently produced.

Steaks Cut By HandOur beef is wet aged 35 days then hand cut by small town butchers who pride themselves in keeping the art of butchering alive in every steak. They are then individually packaged in heavy, high barrier plastic cryo-vac packaging and flash frozen. |
