SPELT

Spelt is one of the oldest cultivated crops in human history leading to its classification of an ancient grain. Spelt is a variety of grain that is a derivative of wheat and is quickly making a comeback as a health food since it is packed with vitamins, minerals and organic compounds.Spelt contains high levels of the following:
