A complete IASTM system. Now with an all-metal Mullet
Welcome to the future of IASTM. RockBlades are comprised of two precision-engineered and manufactured soft-tissue instruments: a ‘Mallet’ and a ‘Mullet,’ RockRub emollient, sanitizing wipes, and a quick-start guide to form a complete IASTM system.
Every detail of RockBlades – each edge, angle and contour – was carefully cultivated and refined over the course of two years. Watch the debut video to learn more.

The Mallet
The Mallet is your ultimate in-clinic tool. Hand polished treatment surfaces, combined with a perfectly balanced and weighted core make it a joy to use day in and day out.
Matte-finished dimples, four on each side, combined with our ‘brass-knuckle’ style handle enable you to hold the tool 6 different ways. Each side is unique – both in shape and edge radius.
The Mullet
This tool is designed to be portable, allowing you to deliver superior soft-tissue manipulation wherever the job takes you.
The Mullet, new for RockBlades 2.0, is made from the same surgical grade stainless steel used in the Mallet. Hand polished treatment surfaces, combined with a perfectly balanced and weighted core make it a joy to use day in and day out.

Surgical Stainless SteelStainless steel is weighted to ease treatment and perfectly transmits tissue inconsistencies to your hand. “I am no amateur to IASTM. I’ve used quite a few with certifications. There are two tools in this kit. The stainless steel tool is amazing. Nice weight to it and genius way to hold them with a brass knuckle feeling good easy to use and operate. Have already gotten great results.” Fayaz Ather. Doctor of Chiropractic. |

More than tools. Revolutionary treatment methods with FMT BladesWe’re not here to just shake up the IASTM space, we want to deliver uncompromising patient care with a revolutionary approach to IASTM treatment. FMT Blades introduces the concept of movement therapy and performance enhancement via Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). CEUs are available in most states. The tools may be hard-edged, but the techniques don’t need to be aggressive to deliver superior patient outcomes. |
How It WorksSpecially designed tools are used to apply longitudinal pressure along the course of tissue. The tools facilitate the clinician’s ability to detect altered tissue properties, as well as facilitate the patient’s awareness of altered sensations within the treated tissues. Increased vibration within the tool is believed to be an indication of abnormal tissue properties. Additionally, the tools are believed to provide a mechanical advantage that allows the clinician to achieve greater depth of mechanical force transmission than can be produced with hands. Tools also reduce compressive stress on the clinician’s hands which can prolong the career of a manual therapist. |

Feature | Our new, reformulated RockRub is 100% natural – with Canola Oil, Beeswax, and Vitamin E. Fragrance free, it is the perfect emollient for soft-tissue therapy, while helping to protect you and your patient’s skin. | A pack of sanitizing wipes not only cleans and disinfects your tools, they can be used to remove RockRub from your patients skin to prepare for kinesiology taping with RockTape. | RockTape is one of the world’s best kinesiology tape. It can be used to treat sports and non-sports injuries. Kinesiology Tape Relieves swelling by decompression, which speeds recovery. | RockFloss uses the science of compression and fascial shearing to help ‘unstick’ muscles and joints so they move better and with less pain. | Topical Roll-On Pain relief cream that works by providing incredibly strong heating sensations that last for hours, can be used before exercise or massage treatment. |
