Knorr Sauce Mixes are easy to prepare–simply mix well with the directed number of cups of water and heat over the stove for the directed number of minutes. Serve over your favorite dishes.

Recipe Idea: Parma Rosa Tomato Soup

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Spread
• 1 can (19 ounces) no salt added diced tomatoes
• 3 cups skim milk
• 1 can (14.5 ounces) fat-free evaporated milk
• 1 package Knorr Parma Rosa Sauce Mix
• 1 can (15 ounces) no salt added tomato sauce

Directions

1. Melt I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Spread in medium saucepan over medium-high heat and cook tomatoes, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes, or until most of the juice is thickened slightly.

2. Stir in milks and Knorr Parma Rosa Sauce Mix. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, about 4 minutes or until thickened.

3. Stir in tomato sauce and heat through.
