- El Legado de Liedos de Altos de Iberia is a quality Serrano ham. Its contribution of fat allows it to heal slowly and naturally with airs from the mountains that surround the Altos de Iberia wineries. It is characterized by being a cured ham with little salt. Without missing these principles, the Legacy of Liedos is the smallest and with less fat than those made in Altos de Iberia, so it needs less time to mature.

- Tasting note: Meat has hues ranging from pink to purplish red with a fine grain, and may occasionally show tyrosine crystals as a result of its lengthy curing process. Characteristic fragrance of delicately cured meat .
- The fame of the Alto De Iberia ham is a matter of experience: for many years we have known how to find the key to a unique maturation process. We select hams from heavy pigs, which allows us to extend the curing process for an average of 24 months. When it’s ready, exits our main gate: it has reached its moment of perfection.
