We are a mission driven, women-lead brand based in the Southern Coast of Sri Lanka.
A brand dedicated to celebrating and empowering the predominantly female workforce that craft the Cinnamon that we offer to you.
We are here to disrupt the traditional colonial model exploiting both the farmers and the consumers, cutting out the middlemen for good.

What problem are we solving?
We’ve been Cinnamon farmers for generations, ever since the colonial days. Centuries passed but the supply chain was still the same; farmers made no money, spices changed hands upwards of 10 times before reaching the consumer, and the final spice on your shelf was usually an old, dusty shadow of what it once was.
How did we get our start?
We launched Ground Spirit to disrupt this outdated model, by taking control of the supply chain we are able to eliminate all the middlemen and provide you with the freshest cinnamon, farm to table in a fraction of the time.
