- Strawberries are slowly brought to the boil breaking down the fruit completely. It is then simmered for a few minutes after which it is pumped into our fruit press where it is squeezed to remove the fruit pieces and release maximum flavour.
- We use traditional techniques including cooking the fruit in small batches using copper pans to make the highest consistent quality – each batch produces only 150 jars of product.
- Pairs well with Goat, Cream Cheese, or Brie
- Easy to spread, enjoy this preserve on toast, biscuits, muffins, cheese, pastries or even as a cake filling.
