- Queso Curado is a pressed cheese made from raw or pasteurized ewe’s milk of the Manchega breed that grazes freely on the pastures in the provinces of Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca, and Toledo. When produced from raw milk, Manchego cheese is labeled as Artesano. A curado cheese is considered to be aged six months to a year, and these chips capture that flavor perfectly. The chip flavor is slightly nutty, a bit creamy, and a little bit acidic, just like a fine wheel of Manchego.
- Black Truffle is the flagship of the Torres chip lineup, and by far the most popular flavor. They have real black truffle sprinkles on them, and the flavor is musky, intense, and for a non experienced food taster, even overpowering.
