There are many different types of stevia on the market. There is liquid stevia which is generally just the plant distilled into a sweetener (sweeter than natural sugar, but not the highly concentrated sweetness some expect). There’s raw stevia powder, which is the same concept but in powder form. Then there’s stevia extract, which is MUCH sweeter since it’s concentrated.
Think of orange juice versus orange juice concentrate. Using an extract lets you use far less stevia than you would have to otherwise. Trust us, a pinch is all you need!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1/2 -1 tsp Nature Restore Organic Stevia (to taste)
- 2 cups of milk (your choice)
Sugar-Free Whipped Dalgona Coffee
Instructions:
- Add instant coffee, water, and stevia into a medium-sized mixing bowl
- Lightly mix together and taste for sweetness, adjust with more stevia if needed
- Blend with an electric mixer until fluffy
- Add ice and choice of milk into a glass and pour the whipped coffee mixture on top!
