Does Video Doorbell (Wired) S330 support Apple HomeKit?
How many hours of video can I store?
8GB eMMC built-in storage can store up to 90 days of video. That assumes you’re recording 25 videos per day and each video is 15 seconds—more than enough in most cases. Actual duration varies depending on the recording frequency and video length.
1. Enable the eufy Security skill on your Alexa App.
2. Link the eufy Security account to Alexa.
3. Discover a new device.
4. Find Video Doorbell Dual and enable “Doorbell Announcement.”
Google Home Mini is not supported.
If the storage is full, what should I do?
You don’t need to do anything. New videos will overwrite the oldest ones.
Is the installation process complicated?
We’ve worked to make the installation as simple as possible for you. We have uploaded an installation video to show you what to do, or you can hire an electrician if you don’t feel comfortable.
Does this doorbell work with my existing chime?
No. eufy S330 wired doorbell is not compatible with user’s exsiting chime, it will come with a jumper to bypass existing chime.
